This month, we have launched 6 limited edition dishes to raise money for local charities. Our talented team of chefs have come up with a selection of unique dishes that are available exclusively for each restaurant.
£2 of every dish sold will be given to the local chosen charity, so make sure to dine and make a difference while you can!

ABERDEEN
GOONG TOD MA KHAM
Crispy King Prawns with Tamarind Sauce is a starter dish featuring large prawns deep-fried to a crispy golden brown, then topped with a rich, sweet, and tangy tamarind sauce that is carefully simmered to perfection. Enhanced with crispy fried shallots, it offers a perfect balance of sweetness, sourness, and saltiness.
We're supporting local charity, Charlie House.

BIRMINGHAM
KHAO PAD ROD FAI
Our talented chefs in Birmingham have crafted a special charity dish just for you!
Khao Pad Rod Fai is a Thai-style fried rice inspired by the dishes traditionally served on trains. It's stir-fried with soy sauce, egg, and prawns, offering a rich flavour with a fragrant wok aroma, served with lime and Prik Nam Pla (chopped chilli in fish sauce).
We're supporting local charity, Birmingham Children's Hospital.

EDINBURGH
KHAI LOOK KEUY
Khai Look Keuy (Quail Egg Tamarind) features hard-boiled quail eggs, peeled and deep-fried, then topped with a sweet and sour tamarind sauce with fried garlic, creating a perfect balance of sweet, salty, and sour flavours.
We're supporting local charity, LifeCare.

GLASGOW
PLA CHOOP PANG TOD
Inspired by classic British Fish & Chips, we've put a Thai twist on things with a Singha Beer Battered pollock fillet served with Thai Green Curried mushy peas and Salt and Pepper fries.
We're supporting local charity, Glasgow's Golden Generation.

PLA TOD PRIK THAI DUM
Fried Sea Bass in a Garlic Black Pepper Sauce is a dish featuring golden-fried fish topped with a rich, savoury sauce made from garlic, black pepper, and soy sauce, offering a bold and aromatic flavour.
We're supporting local charity, Martin House.

NEWCASTLE
PAD SEE-EW GAI
This dish is made with rice noodles, dark soy sauce, chicken, egg, and Chinese kale or vegetables. It has a rich, smoky flavour and is often enjoyed hot with chili flakes, sugar, and vinegar on the side!
