WHO ARE BIRMINGHAM CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL?
This charity is dedicated to enhancing the lives of the 100,000 children treated annually at Birmingham Children's Hospital. Through generous donations and fundraising efforts, the charity funds state-of-the-art medical equipment, groundbreaking research into pediatric diseases, and the creation of a welcoming hospital environment.

KHAO PAD ROD FAI
Our talented chefs in Birmingham have crafted a special charity dish just for you!
Khao Pad Rod Fai is a Thai-style fried rice inspired by the dishes traditionally served on trains. It's stir-fried with soy sauce, egg, and prawns, offering a rich flavour with a fragrant wok aroma, served with lime and Prik Nam Pla (chopped chilli in fish sauce).
For every dish sold, we’re donating £2 to support this charity.
