CELEBRATE SONGKRAN, THAI NEW YEAR, WITH CHAOPHRAYA

Songkran is the Thai New Year's festival, which is celebrated annually from April 13th to 15th. It is known as one of the world's largest water fights, with people splashing water on each other as a symbol of washing away the past year's sins and welcoming in the new year.

The festival is celebrated as the traditional New Year's Day in Thailand and it marks the end of the dry season and the beginning of the rainy season.

Songkran involves many Thai traditions including visiting temples, making offerings, and spending time with family and friends. It is a vibrant and joyful celebration that attracts visitors from all over the world. The act of pouring water over Buddha statues as a symbol of purification and renewal.
