Say goodbye to the same old toast and jam, and say hello to exotic flavours that will whisk your taste buds straight to the heart of Thailand as we introduce breakfast at Chaophraya Edinburgh.

You'll find classic British breakfast favourites reimagined with a Thai kick, and authentic Thai dishes that are perfect for a hearty breakfast.

Here's a taste of what to expect:

HOT SMOKED SALMON PAD KA PRAO EGGS BENEDICT

SERVED WITH SRIRACHA SPICED HOLLANDAISE

A favourite amongst many of our team, this dish combines an aromatic blend of the classic spicy and sweet Pad Ka Prao flavours. It pairs exceptionally well with hot smoked salmon, a poached egg and English muffin. Described by many who try it as incredibly morish, the classic Eggs Royale will no longer cut it after you try this creation!

“KHAI KRATA” FRIED EGGS

Ever wondered if Asian sausages can rival the classic Cumberland? Well here’s your chance to find out. This Thai breakfast classic combines four delicious Asian sausages – Sai Oua is a popular sausage from Northern Thailand which has a signature spicy kick, the Moo Yaw is a delicious pork sausage from Vietnam, we've added something sweet in the form of the Kun Chiang sausage which is actually Chinese, and finally the ever popular Isaan sausage which is often described as sour (don’t let this put you off – it’s the perfect balance along with spicy and fragrant notes). If that’s not enough, it’s served sizzling in a cast iron pan with fried eggs, spring onion, soya, sriracha and tiger toast – YUM!

MAPLE GLAZED BUTTERMILK PANCAKES

Think Thai’s can’t do good pancakes? Challenge accepted! We have created the perfect glaze for crispy bacon – think maple syrup and sweet chilli combined. This dish is a complete treat and is enough to convert any classic pancake lover. Prefer a fruiter option? We’ve got you covered too with our tropical take on the classic fruity maple syrup pancake stack!

So, are you ready for an adventure?

We invite you to join us for a breakfast experience like no other, right here at Chaophraya Edinburgh.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Why not make it the most exciting one too?
