WHO ARE LIFECARE?
LifeCare Edinburgh is a longstanding charity with over 80 years of experience dedicated to supporting older adults in Edinburgh, particularly those living with dementia, health challenges, or facing isolation. Their mission is to empower these individuals to live independently and remain active within their communities.

Our talented chefs in Edinburgh have crafted a special charity dish just for you!
Khai Look Keuy (Quail Egg Tamarind) features hard-boiled quail eggs, peeled and deep-fried, then topped with a sweet and sour tamarind sauce with fried garlic, creating a perfect balance of sweet, salty, and sour flavours.
For every dish sold, we’re donating £2 to support LifeCare.
