WHO ARE CHARLIE HOUSE?
Charlie House are an incredible charity who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for babies, children, and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. They offer practical and emotional support to these children and their families, aiming to help them live life to the fullest and create lasting memories together.

Our talented chefs in Aberdeen have crafted a special charity dish just for you!
Crispy King Prawns with Tamarind Sauce is a starter dish featuring large prawns deep-fried to a crispy golden brown, then topped with a rich, sweet, and tangy tamarind sauce that is carefully simmered to perfection. Enhanced with crispy fried shallots, it offers a perfect balance of sweetness, sourness, and saltiness.
For every dish sold, we’re donating £2 to support Charlie House.
