Chaophraya standard terms and conditions for all offers

* Only one offer or promotion can be used at one time in Chaophraya restaurants, subject to availability and managers discretion, challenge 25 in place, only valid on dates and time specified on original email sent, Chaophraya reserves the right to amend and withdrawal offers and promotions at any time.

Win a Trip to Thailand 

  • Entry is only open to UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 and over.
  • Participation in this contest constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participants may only enter the contest once. All entries should be made via the datacapture entry in the restaurant.
  • The campaign will close on 31st January 2018 (Closing Date). All entrants must be made by the Closing Date and any entries received after the Closing Date will be void.
  • Winner will be announced on 2nd February 2018.

 

All entrants of the contest must be over 18 years old. By entering the competition, the entrant authorises Thai Leisure Group and its partners use of the email and contact details for communication in relation to the campaign and future marketing for Thaikhun, Chaophraya, Yeerah, Chaobaby, STA Travel, Singha Beer, Thailand Tourism Commission. Entrants also extend rights of usage for all entry information, including imagery and videos, in perpetuity, for use globally to Thai Leisure Group Limited free of charge. It is the obligation of the entrants to ensure they can be contacted at all times by Thai Leisure Group Limited and its associated agencies regarding the competition. It is the responsibility of entrants to supply the correct personal information and the correct postal address. Thai Leisure Group Limited or its partners in this campaign will not be liable for non-delivery of prizes caused by the provision of wrong information, postal disputes or other causes beyond its control.

 

One winner will be selected at random by Thai Leisure Group Limited at Thai Leisure Group Limited’s discretion. Thai Leisure Group Limited will notify successful winner via email and announce this publicly via social media. Winners will be contacted by email and/or phone and/or social media. In the event that the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries. The winner must confirm acceptance in writing of the prize and these terms and conditions within 72 hours of being contacted by Thai Leisure Group. An alternative winner may be selected up to 5 times.

 

Prize is for 2 adults and includes economy flights with Thai Airways to Bangkok and onwards to Phuket, 3 nights accommodation at the Shangri La Bangkok in a riverview room, 5 nights at the Amatara Wellness Resort Phuket in a bay view suite, hotel transfers and breakfast throughout. Prize is valid for travel until 15th December 2018, excluding school holidays and is subject to availability. Prize winner must hold a British passport valid for at least 6 months at the time of travel.

 

The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable and Thai Leisure Group Limited shall not be responsible for travel insurance, gratuities, meals outside of those selected, beverages or other costs of a personal nature. Passports and visas are the responsibility and cost of the winner and neither the Thai Leisure Group of any of the companies listed in these terms and conditions shall be responsible for a failure of the winner or travelling companion to obtain the required documentation. The promoter of this campaign is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred by the winner or guest should they be unable to redeem their prize, and the winner and guest take full responsibility for any risks associated with travelling to and from the UK and Thailand. The winner and guest must take into account any travel advice from the relevant governments to ascertain whether they wish to travel. The Thai Leisure Group or any of its partners in this campaign is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the winner or guests that arises from them not following travel advice.

 

The competition is not open to directors, management, employees and their immediate families of Thai Leisure Group Limited, Singha Beer, Molson Coors, Thailand Tourism Commission or STA Travel and their associated agencies. Thai Leisure Group Limited reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Thai Leisure Group Limited in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
