Terms & Conditions Any cancellation must be made 7 days prior to the event date. Any cancellations made after this date, your deposit will no longer be valid and any payments will be non-refundable / non-transferable. Deposits must be made in one instalment. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if any of the above requirements are not met within the stated period.
